Dr. Nicole Doumit
ECoS Team
Nicole Doumit has received her PhD in microelectronics in 2015 from Saint-Etienne University (France) on electrical and mechanical characterization of copper thin layers deposited on alumina substrate for high temperature applications. In 2015, she became an assistant professor at INSA Centre-Val-de-Loire and GREMAN Laboratory till 2016. Then, she became an assistant professor at Polytech Tours engineering school and associate researcher at GREMAN Laboratory till 2021. Currently, she is an associate professor at ISEP. She gives lecturers in electronics for students following the engineering programme. Her research interests are electrical and mechanical characterization for electronic components under high temperature, modeling and optimization of piezoelectric and semi-conductor materials used in energy harvesting systems.
