Florence ROSSANT
Head of the Dassip Team, PhD - Accredited to Supervise Research
Florence Rossant is currently the head of the DASSIP research group within the LISITE laboratory. She holds an HDR (Habilitation to Supervise Research) from Paris-Descartes University as well as a PhD in Signal and Image Processing from ENST (Télécom Paris).
She specializes in image processing applied to various fields, particularly in the medical domain. Her main contributions focus on the modeling of a priori knowledge in segmentation and pattern recognition algorithms.
She is a member of the PARIS research team at the Quinze-Vingts Hospital, which works on high-resolution imaging of the human eye, from acquisition systems to clinical applications. Florence Rossant has participated in several collaborative research projects funded by public agencies, involving industry, universities, and research centers, including 2 ANR projects, 2 FUI projects, and 1 RHU project.
