We are SYMBIOZ, the Isep Student Union (BDE) for the 2024-2025 academic year.

Our team is made up of 40 Isep students, and our mission is to support and strengthen student life. We serve as a vital link between student associations and the administration, with whom we maintain strong connections.

Sport association

Discover Isep’s Sports Association: an inclusive and supportive sports community.

The Association Sportive (AS) is much more than just a collection of sports activities — it’s a dynamic community that brings students together through a shared passion for sports and solidarity. With 14 different sports to choose from — including basketball, football, badminton, handball, running, dance, climbing, swimming, rugby, combat sports, tennis and volleyball — AS offers students a wide range of opportunities to train and take part in tournaments.

One of the association’s core values is its commitment to encouraging the full integration of female students, by creating an environment where each student can thrive, build self-confidence and stay physically active.

Among AS’s flagship events is the World InterUniversities Championships (WIUC) — a unique opportunity to compete internationally. This tournament brings together universities from all over the world. This year, many AS teams will take part, proudly representing Isep by creating supporter chants and customized goodies in the association’s colors.

Another major highlight is the TOSS, one of the largest inter-school sports events in France. Held annually for over 30 years, it is a chance to strengthen bonds between students, promote athletic practice and cultivate team spirit and camaraderie.

AS strongly advocates for diversity and inclusion by organizing charity events, friendly tournaments, and collaborative activities with other schools. The Five-a-side tournament and the Interuniversity Race are concrete examples of this spirit, combining sport with humanitarian causes.

Several other events will also be held throughout the year — including a karting day, a beach volleyball tournament, a student party with other schools, and numerous afterworks.

Joining Isep’s Sports Association means much more than getting involved in sports. From initiatives that promote inclusion to international competitions, AS offers enriching experiences that create lasting connections and unforgettable memories.

Isep voile

Isep Voile is a dynamic student association driven by the passion to share the thrill of sailing with fellow Isep students.

Bound by a common love for the sea and the sailing spirit, we organize weekend training sessions and proudly represent our school in some of the most renowned student regattas:

• 1st place at Voiles Étudiantes du Havre in 2021

• 5th place at the EDHEC Sailing Cup in 2023

• Participation in the Spi Ouest France

• A 100% female regatta, celebrating inclusion and team spirit

For the past two years, we’ve been organizing the Isep Voile Sailing Trip — a great success each time!

This event is open to all Isep students and aims to introduce as many people as possible to the world of sailing.

Board to ride

Board to Ride is Isep’s board sports association.

Throughout the year, we organize a variety of events such as surf weekends, skate and wakeboarding sessions, a surf trip, an ice-skating night, and plenty of afterworks.

Our goal is to share our passion for board sports with Isep students in a fun, welcoming and energetic atmosphere.

This association offers a variety of activities, including:

Winter Isep

Welcome to Winter’Isep, Isep’s ski and snowboard association.

Every year, we organize a one-week trip to the mountains, offering students the chance to unwind and recharge far from the stress of academic life.

Garage Isep

Garage Isep is a student association that allows members to deepen their knowledge of technologies taught at Isep and explore complementary ones.

The association is structured into five specialized entities: the AI Lab, the Coder Lab, the Maker Lab, the Blockchain Lab, and the Cyber Lab.

Members receive training throughout the year, and numerous events — such as hackathons and workshops — are organized in collaboration with Garage Isep’s industry partners, including IBM, Airbus, and others.

Numeris

Founded in 2016, NUMERIS is a student-run association dedicated to connecting companies seeking student talent with students looking for professional opportunities.

With over 200 active members, NUMERIS has built a dynamic and ever-growing network.

Our core mission is to help Isep students access paid assignments, offering them the opportunity to earn money while gaining valuable work experience. Over the years, NUMERIS has established strong partnerships with companies from a variety of sectors.

NUMERIS is also deeply involved in Isep’s student life. Thanks to our business model, we are able to actively support other student associations by sponsoring their initiatives and contributing to the collective development of the Isep community.

Isep Drone

Isep Drone is a club that brings together enthusiasts of all types of drones — whether it’s for shooting videos, performing freestyle tricks, admiring exposed electronics, or simply appreciating feats of engineering.

Some Isep Drone pilots also film events such as the WEI (Weekend d’Intégration).

The association meets regularly for simulator flight sessions or to fly on outdoor spots around the Paris region — always with music and good vibes.

Isep Records

We want to offer Isep students the opportunity to create, compose, record, and produce their own music.

To make this possible, Isep Records aims to bring together motivated students into a single collective focused on producing original music.

Some of us are stronger in production, others in composition, and some have already sharpened their writing skills — this diversity will allow students to learn from one another and collaborate on both shared and individual projects.

Isep Records also plans to provide its artists with access to an acoustically treated studio, fully equipped with everything needed to bring their musical ideas to life.

Once their work is ready, artists will have the chance to perform live on stage during events organized in collaboration with Isep Bands, sharing their latest creations with the Isep community.

Iseplive

ISEPLive is Isep’s media, photo, and video association.

Our primary goal is to cover as many events as possible and create online content such as photos, interviews, and videos highlighting student life at Isep.

Throughout the year, we are also in charge of ISEPLife, the school’s internal social network, which allows students to stay up to date with events and access all event photos.

La transaharienne

La Transaharienne is Isep’s humanitarian association, active both in France and Morocco.

Its core mission is to provide material and, above all, human support to underprivileged children in remote areas where access to education is limited.

Each year, the association organizes a 10-day mission to Morocco, during which members visit local schools and associations to deliver school supplies, clothing, and computer equipment.

This year alone, 8 associations and schools were visited, with 1.5 tons of supplies and 30 computers distributed.

In addition to these efforts, La Transaharienne also helped build sanitation facilities in two schools, and contributed to the construction of an educational center in a remote village in Morocco — major projects aimed at improving access to education for all.

The association is also active in France, where it supports other organizations, organizes outreach activities for those in need, and, as a local branch of UNICEF, takes part in various actions led by the organization.

I’m delighted to introduce you to the Isep Students Exchange & Partnership Association, also known as IsepA.

Our mission is to support the integration and overall experience of international students who come to Isep on academic exchange programs.

Démosthène

Welcome to Démosthène, Isep’s public speaking association!

Eloquence is for everyone — and it’s useful in all areas of life: professionally, academically, and personally.

Join us to improve your communication skills alongside fellow students who are passionate about the art of speaking.

From Isep’s own public speaking competition to training sessions on various aspects of oral communication, and even national-level contests, Démosthène organizes events to help you grow and gain confidence.

At the end of the year, take part in the Clash des Assos, where Isep associations compete in lively speech battles to win the title of best association.

Aumônerie

The Christian Community of Isep is a place for sharing fraternity, spiritual formation, prayer, and solidarity.

Open to all Isep students, it offers weekly activities such as friendly lunches and games at the student lounge, outreach missions, Mass, talks and formation sessions, youth groups (Ado), Lectio Divina, and more.

We also host special events, such as writing and delivering Christmas cards to the elderly or the sick in hospitals or care homes, candlelight Masses during Advent and Lent, and celebrations for Epiphany and Candlemas, as well as all-night adoration in Montmartre.

Within Isep, the chaplaincy leads initiatives like the Solidarity Week to support those in need, inter-association outreach missions to engage other student groups with the local community, and fun activities like the famous Easter egg hunt and our legendary crêpe stand during Association Days!

The chaplaincy is also a source of true friendships, strengthened by meaningful events such as the annual CGE (Christians in Higher Education) gathering, pilgrimages to Chartres and Mont-Saint-Michel, the student Mass at Saint-Sulpice, Masses at Notre-Dame de Paris, inter-community evenings in Paris, the Chaplaincy Gala, team-building weekends, and outreach activities.

Joining the CC (Christian Community) also means discovering the history of Isep and the association, through guided visits of the school’s historic buildings. Throughout the year, we are committed to following the liturgical calendar and celebrating its key feasts with joy and reverence.

Isep Invest

Short, staking, or even PEA — at first glance, these may sound like complex terms. Right?

Well, IsepInvest is here to help you decode the complex and ever-present world of finance.

Throughout the year, we’ll host conferences with guest speakers around three key topics: the stock market, cryptocurrencies, and the economy.

Our motto? Keep it simple and concrete.

To keep the conversation going, you’ll be able to share your thoughts and experiences on Discord with fellow members and other finance enthusiasts at Isep.

We’ll also organize external events such as afterworks and company visits to give you a real-world glimpse into the industry.

Ludisep

Ludisep was born from the idea of board game (BG) and role-playing game (RPG) enthusiasts who wanted to share the joy of gathering players from all backgrounds.

Back again this year to keep you entertained, Ludisep offers free-access games on both campuses — perfect for unwinding between or after classes. We also organize RPG afternoons, where our Game Masters take you on immersive adventures through fantastical worlds, as well as board games and trading card games (TCG) like Magic: The Gathering.

New this year, we’re also offering regular chess tournaments and introductory sessions.

IGC (Isep Gaming Club) is Isep’s gaming association.

We’re a group of passionate gamers with one goal: sharing our love for video games within the Isep community.
