IEMDP Orientation Day : A Welcome Day to Start Your Isep Journey Right
Isep is pleased to welcome its new IEMDP students (Isep Engineering Master Degree Program) with a dedicated Orientation Day taking place on Thursday, September 11, 2025, at the Issy-les-Moulineaux campus (meeting room L416). This key event marks the official start of your academic journey at Isep. It is designed to help you take your first steps with confidence, by providing essential information about your school and your studies.
🔗 Attendance is mandatory for all new IEMDP students.

🕘 Time: 9:15 AM to 4 PM – Room L416 (4th floor)
A cocktail reception will be offered during the lunch break.
Discover Isep and its academic environment
The day will begin at 9:15 AM with a welcome session hosted by the International Admissions Team. You’ll then attend a presentation of Isep, followed by a welcome speech by Aline Aubertin, the school’s General Managing Director.
The Study Department team will introduce you to the program structure, available 4 specializations (embedded systems, software engineering, data intelligence, digital security and networks), and the resources available to support your success.
Understand, adapt, and get involved
Representatives from both ISEPA and the BDE (Student Union) will introduce the many student associations and campus life opportunities.
A former Isep alumni will also share their personal and professional journey.
To support your everyday needs, dedicated sessions will cover student social security, how to open a French bank account, and Erasmus+ mobility opportunities.
The goal: start strong, feel supported
This Orientation Day is designed to answer your first questions, ease your transition, and equip you with the tools you need to thrive—both academically and personally. It’s also a great chance to meet your peers and begin building your Isep network.
