Female leadership and responsible digital practices at Isep
Isep was pleased to host and co-organize the IEEE Women in Engineering International Leadership Summit France 2025, held on November 24 and 25, 2025. This international event brought together many influential figures committed to advancing female leadership and addressing key issues in the digital sector.
Two days of reflection on female leadership and innovation
The event opened with a keynote address by Aline AUBERTIN, CEO of Isep, alongside Emna AMRI, René GARELLO, and Rahul BOSE. All speakers emphasized the importance of responsible, inclusive, and meaningful digital technology, setting the tone for two days of insightful discussions and inspiration.
Over the course of two days, Isep became a true space for reflection on female leadership, diversity, and innovation in the digital world. Conferences, meetings, and discussions highlighted the human, scientific, and societal challenges shaping the technologies of tomorrow.
The event was organized in close collaboration with LISITE, Isep’s research laboratory led by Lionel TROJMAN, whose scientific expertise helped enrich the discussions.
