Career Guidance Summit 2025: Isep commits to innovative career orientation and responsible recruitment
On June 4, 2025, Isep took part in the Career Guidance Summit organized by JobTeaser— a flagship event for career guidance and recruitment professionals. Artificial intelligence, inclusion, the evolution of HR practices: it was a day of insightful discussions centered on key issues for supporting the talents of tomorrow.

A forward-looking edition focused on career orientation
At the Cinémathèque Française, the 8th edition of the Career Guidance Summit brought together higher education stakeholders and HR experts from across Europe. Centered around the theme “Lights, Careers, Action!”, the discussions shed light on the ongoing transformations in how young people are supported in shaping their professional futures.
AI and career guidance: tools to better support student
Artificial intelligence emerged as one of the central themes of the day. Through practical demonstrations—particularly with ChatGPT—participants explored the impact of new technologies on:
-
Writing CVs and cover letters
-
Personalizing career counseling pathways
-
Enhancing the effectiveness of career services in higher education
Feedback highlighted that, when well integrated, AI can help better address students’ needs while reinforcing the value of human expertise in the guidance process.
Ethical recruitment: putting people back at the heart of the process
Beyond technology, the discussions emphasized the need to build a more human, ethical, and inclusive recruitment process. Several initiatives were highlighted, such as Dassault Systèmes’ WIN program, which promotes access for women to scientific and technological fields.
Innovative formats of interaction—such as coaching workshops and direct meetings with companies—were recognized as powerful tools to foster student engagement and help uncover individual potential.
Isep, a committed player in the transformation of the sector
Isep was represented by Ibler Villegas, Head of Apprenticeships, Marie-Belle Ayache, Partnership and Business Relations Manager, and Edith Chan, Administrative Assistant in charge of internships and corporate relations.
