Oussama ZAHWE holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering and Telecommunications from Jean Monnet University in Saint-Étienne (2009), as well as a Master’s degree from Paul Sabatier University in Toulouse (2005). His career is characterized by a dual expertise, combining academic excellence with industrial innovation.
Academic Background and Research
Since September 2025, he has been serving as a faculty member (teaching and research) at Isep (Institut Supérieur d’Électronique de Paris), where he is an active member of the LISITE laboratory. His experience in higher education is both extensive and international:
- 2016 – 2023: Associate Professor at AUCE (American University of Culture and Education), Lebanon
- 2012 – 2016: Lecturer at the Lebanese University (UL)
- 2008 – 2011: Temporary Lecturer and Research Assistant (ATER) at Télécom Saint-Étienne
Industrial Expertise
From 2023 to 2025, he worked as a Senior R&D Engineer at Vectrawave Device in Lannion. His role focused on the development of advanced semiconductor components, leveraging GaN and GaAs technologies.
