Wisly FIDEL

Lecturer and Researcher, PhD

I was born in Jean-Rabel, Haiti. I obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from the École Normale Supérieure of the State University of Haiti in 2013, followed by a Master’s degree in Physics (Atoms, Molecules, Energy and Environment) in 2018. In 2021, I earned an Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering (Energy and Automated Electrical Systems) from HEI–JUNIA Lille.
In 2025, I completed my PhD in Physics at the University of Orléans, with a dissertation focused on improving the performance of perovskite solar cells through optimized doping of electron transport layers and interface engineering.
Previously, I taught at the Université Notre-Dame d’Haïti and the Public University of Artibonite in Gonaïves as a full-time lecturer, and at the University of Orléans as an adjunct lecturer.
Currently, I am an Associate Professor at Isep in Paris. My research focuses on clean and alternative energy, as well as digital and analog electronics.
