Nicole DOUMIT

Teacher-Researcher, PhD

Nicole Doumit obtained her PhD in Microelectronics in 2015 from the University of Saint-Étienne (France), focusing on the electrical and mechanical characterization of thin copper films deposited on alumina substrates for high-temperature applications. In 2015, she became an Assistant Professor at INSA Centre-Val-de-Loire and the GREMAN laboratory, where she worked until 2016. She then served as an Assistant Professor at the Polytech Tours School of Engineering and as an Associate Researcher at GREMAN until 2021.
She is currently an Associate Professor at Isep, teaching electronics to engineering students. Her research focuses on the electrical and mechanical characterization of high-temperature electronic components, as well as the modeling and optimization of piezoelectric and semiconductor materials used in energy harvesting systems.
